It is located in north Bihar near national border of India and Nepal (about 30Km by road) at an elevation of 58 m above MSL.[1] Surrounded by river Balan and Bihul. It is alongside of East-west corridor ( porbander to silcher NH 57). Narahia has State Bank of India branch code- 15928, and one branch of Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank IFSC code- CBIN0R10001.[2] It has two ATMs : One is of SBI and another is India 1 ATM. Indian Post office Pin code - 847108. Narahia is a large village located in Laukahi Block of Madhubani district, Bihar with total 2762 families residing. The Narahia village has population of 13740 of which 7019 are males while 6721 are females as per Population Census 2011.
